My wife is coming today from pakistan and i was looking for a black eternal rose but couldnt find it on any of the big big outlets for example june flowers, may flowers etc. But when i contacted My flowers they gave me a positive reply and said that they will deliver it at 9pm but i was quite happy to get it earlier which is by 7:30 pm thank u for the great service provided by u guys. I would definitely recommend anyone of you guys to go ahead and buy from them and ignore the 1 star reviews given by some people.

Ordered for flower and cake but only flower delivered, cake was damaged and was promised for another cake by 6pm and on following up from my end the driver kept saying on th way till 10pm by which time we had gone out for dinner and when asked for refund or a new cake but was rejected. I ordered flowers for my manager s bday i had told them, to deliver flowers early, around 9:30 to 10:00 Am.But I received the call by 8:44 that the person is reached to deliver. :) unfortunately he was reached before office opening timings. Extremely late delivery but worst than that the quality of the flowers was substandard to say the least. The flowers were rotten and several days old. Their communication skills are non existent. They are ignorant and unprofessional. Despite the fact they agreed full refund they have not refunded a single dirham. Tried to contact them several times to arrange refund but they are ignoring my calls. Do not use them.
